After our first meeting with Andrew, we knew that he possessed the knowledge, skills and attributes to accomplish the sale. We decided that we did not need to contact other agents. Immediately, Andrew displayed a wealth of knowledge about the suburb, the demographic of potential buyers, and a realistic appraisal of the property market. Andrew’s marketing strategy ensured we had above average viewings, above average contracts distributed, and an eventual sale price which was above our expectations.
